Player Agreement — SplashCoins
This Player Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of SplashCoins, a free-to-play social sweepstakes casino available at splashcoins.io. These sweepstakes account terms explain how the platform works, what you may and may not do, and how disputes are resolved. By creating an account, requesting Gold Coins, or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.
SplashCoins operates as a social gaming platform with an optional sweepstakes promotion attached. No purchase necessary to play or win. Every game on the platform can be played using Gold Coins obtained through free methods, and participation in the sweepstakes promotion never requires a purchase of any kind. If any provision of this Agreement conflicts with applicable law in your jurisdiction, the applicable law controls and the remaining provisions stay in effect.
Player Agreement Overview
This document is the complete agreement between you and SplashCoins regarding your use of the platform, its games, its promotions, and its virtual currencies. It supersedes any prior understanding, whether written or verbal, and it is supplemented by our Privacy Policy, which governs how account and usage data is handled.
SplashCoins reserves the right to update these sweepstakes account terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable regulation, or operating practices. When material changes are made, the updated Agreement will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of your account after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, your only remedy is to stop using SplashCoins and, if you wish, request closure of your account. Nothing in this Agreement should be read as legal, financial, or tax advice, and you should consult your own advisors regarding your obligations related to any prizes you may redeem.
Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, your account, or your use of SplashCoins shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under a recognized set of commercial arbitration rules, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on both parties.
You and SplashCoins each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. Claims must be brought in your individual capacity only, and an arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
If a court determines that this arbitration provision is unenforceable as to a particular claim or dispute, that claim or dispute will proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction, but the class-action waiver will still apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small-claims court where that court has proper jurisdiction.
Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations
Access to SplashCoins is limited to individuals who meet the age required by your jurisdiction, typically 18 or 21, whichever is higher where applicable. By registering, you represent that you meet this age threshold and that you are legally permitted to participate in social gaming and sweepstakes promotions where you reside. Sweepstakes void where prohibited, and it is your responsibility to confirm that participation is lawful where you live before creating an account.
You further represent that all registration information you provide is accurate, current, and belongs to you personally. Accounts may not be created using a false identity, a shared identity, or information belonging to another person. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of SplashCoins, along with any party involved in the operation of the platform, may be restricted from participating in sweepstakes-eligible promotions to preserve fairness for all players.
Each individual is permitted to hold one account. Multiple accounts, whether created directly or through the use of alternate identities, devices, or networks, are treated as a violation of these sweepstakes account terms and may result in forfeiture of any pending prizes and suspension of all associated accounts.
Digital License and Social Token Framework
SplashCoins operates on a dual-currency model built around Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Gold Coins are a play-only virtual currency with no cash value; they exist solely to let you enjoy the games and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for money or prizes under any circumstance. Sweeps Coins are a separate promotional currency that, where legally permitted, may be redeemable for cash-equivalent prizes once minimum redemption thresholds and identity verification requirements are satisfied.
When SplashCoins issues you access to Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins, you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them within the platform in accordance with this Agreement. You do not own the underlying software, game assets, or virtual currency in any legal sense; ownership of the platform and its content remains with SplashCoins and its licensors at all times.
This license terminates automatically if your account is suspended, closed, or terminated for any reason described in this Agreement. Virtual currency balances have no independent monetary value outside the platform, cannot be sold or bartered between players, and are not deposits, securities, or financial instruments of any kind.
Account Security and Profile Administration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. SplashCoins strongly recommends using a unique password, enabling any available account protection features, and never sharing your credentials with another person.
Profile information, including your name, contact details, and payment-related details used for prize redemption, must be kept accurate and up to date. SplashCoins may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, your age, or your location at any time, particularly before processing a Sweeps Coin redemption, and may pause account activity until verification is complete.

- Respond promptly to verification requests tied to redemption eligibility
SplashCoins is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials, though we will take reasonable steps to investigate reports of unauthorized account activity.
Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity
SplashCoins prohibits any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or defraud the platform, including but not limited to the use of bots, scripts, collusion between players, exploitation of software errors, or coordinated multi-account activity designed to gain an unfair advantage. These sweepstakes account terms authorize SplashCoins to investigate any account suspected of such activity and to take corrective action.
Prohibited activity also includes providing false identity or eligibility information, attempting to circumvent geographic or age-based restrictions, reverse engineering platform software, or interfering with the normal operation of the games or promotional mechanics.

- Creating or controlling more than one player account
- Submitting false or misleading verification documents
- Attempting to access the platform from a restricted or prohibited jurisdiction
- Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or promotional rewards
Where SplashCoins reasonably determines that fraud or abuse has occurred, it may void associated Sweeps Coin balances, withhold pending redemptions, and permanently close the account involved, without limiting any other legal remedy available.
Intellectual Property and User Contributions
All software, graphics, game titles, logos, and content made available through SplashCoins are the property of SplashCoins or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of that content to you, and you may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from platform content outside the limited license granted for personal, non-commercial gameplay.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, usernames, avatar selections, or other content to SplashCoins, you grant SplashCoins a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and incorporate that contribution in connection with operating and improving the platform. You confirm that any contribution you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party.
SplashCoins may remove, edit, or decline to display any user contribution at its discretion, particularly where the content is offensive, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of a family-friendly social gaming platform.
System Outages and Technical Disruptions
SplashCoins relies on software, network infrastructure, and third-party service providers that may, from time to time, experience outages, errors, or delays. SplashCoins does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, technical failure, internet connectivity issues, or events outside its reasonable control.
In the event of a verified software or display error affecting game outcomes, Gold Coin balances, or Sweeps Coin balances, SplashCoins reserves the right to void affected results and restore accounts to their pre-error state. This safeguard protects the fairness of the platform for all players and is not intended to penalize players acting in good faith.
SplashCoins will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance windows and to resolve unplanned disruptions promptly, but no specific recovery time or compensation is guaranteed under this Agreement.
Liability Limits and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SplashCoins, its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of virtual currency, loss of anticipated Sweeps Coin redemptions, or interruption of gameplay. The platform and all associated content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, SplashCoins’ total liability to you for any claim arising out of this Agreement is limited to the greatest extent permitted by that law. Nothing in this section is intended to limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SplashCoins and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of this Agreement, your violation of applicable law, or your misuse of the platform.
Termination and General Provisions
SplashCoins may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of this Agreement, suspected fraud, legal or regulatory concerns, or at its reasonable discretion, with or without notice. You may also close your account at any time by discontinuing use of the platform and contacting player support through the channels listed on the site.
Upon termination, any Gold Coin balance is forfeited immediately, as Gold Coins have no cash value and carry no residual claim against SplashCoins. Sweeps Coin balances tied to unresolved verification or suspected policy violations may be withheld pending investigation, consistent with these sweepstakes account terms.
This Agreement is governed by general principles of contract law applicable to online social gaming services, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. SplashCoins’ failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, represents the entire understanding between you and SplashCoins.
